I have read and understood the Disclosure Text provided by Picsolv Anonim Şirketi ("Picsolv"). I am fully informed about the processes relating to the processing of my personal data.
In this regard, I declare that I give my explicit consent of my own free will in respect of the following:
I CONSENT to my photo ("selfie") uploaded to the Picsolv application and my event photos being analysed using artificial intelligence and face recognition technologies (AWS Rekognition, Face API, etc.), to the extraction of a biometric map of my face (face template/embedding), and to this data being processed by matching it with my images in event photos in order to find photos that belong to me.
I CONSENT to my personal data (including my identity, contact, photo and biometric data) being transferred and stored abroad because the server infrastructure, cloud storage services and AI services (Amazon Web Services - AWS, Google Cloud Platform) used to provide Picsolv services are located abroad (in European Union countries or the USA).
I CONSENT to my photos being processed by artificial intelligence algorithms (Generative AI, Image Enhancement) for the purpose of improving image quality or making adjustments I have requested.
By approving this explicit consent form, you are deemed to have accepted the processing and international transfer of the special category personal data specified above. You may withdraw your consent at any time via the Settings menu or by contacting the Company. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, but may prevent you from using Picsolv's face recognition services.
