I have read and understood the Disclosure Text provided by Picsolv Anonim Şirketi ("Picsolv"). I am fully informed about the processes relating to the processing of my personal data.
This explicit consent is an active, freely given and informed declaration, separate from my identity/contact details and from the Terms of Use. I give it by ticking the relevant box / selecting "I approve", and I may withdraw it at any time via hello@picsolv.com. Declining or withdrawing consent does not terminate my basic membership — only the relevant consent-based feature (e.g. face matching) is stopped. The consents below may be given separately and granularly.
In this regard, I declare that I give my explicit consent of my own free will in respect of the following:
I CONSENT to my photo ("selfie") uploaded to the Picsolv application and my event photos being analysed using artificial intelligence and face recognition technology provided through certain Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud services, to the extraction of an irreversible numerical template of my face (face template/embedding), and to this data being processed by matching it with my images in event photos in order to find photos that belong to me.
Where required, I CONSENT to my personal data (including my identity, contact, photo and biometric data) being transferred and stored abroad, because the cloud infrastructure used to provide Picsolv services — certain Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud services (EU – Ireland/Germany; some components in the USA) and Google Cloud for non-biometric photo analysis only — is located abroad. I understand that such transfers are made primarily on the basis of appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses) under KVKK Art. 9 and GDPR Chapter V, and that my explicit consent is relied upon where those safeguards are exceptionally unavailable (KVKK Art. 9 / GDPR Art. 49).
I CONSENT to my photos being processed by a generative AI image enhancement service for the purpose of improving image quality or making adjustments I have requested. This is an optional feature; declining it does not affect my access to the core service.
I give the consents above by my own active and affirmative selection (ticking the relevant box / selecting "I approve"); they are not implied from my use of the Services and are not a precondition of my basic membership. I may withdraw any of them at any time via hello@picsolv.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, but the relevant consent-based feature (e.g. face matching) will then be stopped.
